בעא מיניה רב אחא בר הונא מרב ששת חוץ מחרוב פלוני חוץ מסדן פלוני מהו אותו חרוב הוא דלא קני הא שאר חרובים קני או דלמא שאר חרובין נמי לא קני אמר ליה לא קנה
